1. Material feeding
According to the characteristics of the material to choose the appropriate feeding method:
Vibration feeding: suitable for granular materials, such as fertilizer particles, biomass particles.
Screw feeding: suitable for powder materials, such as fertilizer powder, chemical raw materials.
Belt feeding: suitable for poor fluidity or lumpy materials.
The feeding system feeds the materials evenly into the weighing system and ensures stable feeding speed.
2. Weighing and metering
Use high precision digital weighing system to accurately measure the materials according to the preset parameters.
Automatically detects the weight of each bag of material to ensure the weighing accuracy of ±0.2%～±0.5%, which reduces waste and ensures the consistency of product quality.
3. Automatic Packaging
According to the packaging specifications, the equipment will introduce the materials into the pre-prepared bags.
Applicable packaging materials: support plastic bags, woven bags, composite film bags and other materials, a wide range of bag type.
Positioning of bag opening: Through automatic bag clamping device, it ensures accurate positioning of the bag to avoid spilling material or packaging error.
4. Sealing and coding
After the packaging is completed, the equipment will automatically complete the sealing process of the bag mouth, including heat sealing, sewing or crimping treatment to ensure the sealing.
According to the demand, optional production date printing function can be equipped to realize instant coding and enhance product traceability.
5. Dust cleaning and dust removal
Built-in cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector can absorb and process the scattered dust during the packaging process to keep the working environment clean and reduce environmental pollution.
6. Finished product output
The finished products are automatically output from the conveyor belt to the next process or finished product stacking area.
