6) Binder: such as starch, clay, etc., used to bond the cat litter particles together and increase the agglomeration performance of cat litter.

1) Cat litter production line includes several steps such as raw material treatment, granulation, sieving, drying, cooling and packaging. In the raw material processing stage, we use advanced raw material processing equipment to remove impurities, crushing and other treatments to ensure the quality and purity of raw materials.
2) Next, the raw materials will be transported to the disc granulator. The disc pelletizer continuously rolls and binds the raw materials through the rotation of the pelletizing disc. At the same time, through the spraying device, the appropriate amount of wetting agent is added to make the raw materials form granules on the granulating disk.
3) During the granulation process, some additives can be added to the disc granulator as needed, such as water absorber, odor eliminator, etc., to add more functions to the cat litter. The cat litter thus produced not only has good water-absorbing properties, but also can effectively eliminate odor, improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness.
4) After granulation is completed, the granules will be transported to the rounding machine, and then to the screening machine for grading. The rounding machine can make the granules more rounded and enhance the granularity; the sieving machine adopts multi-layer screen, which can be sieved according to the size of the granules to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the cat litter.
5) Next, the pellets are transported to the dryer for drying. Our dryers utilize an advanced hot air circulation system, which can quickly and evenly remove moisture from the cat litter pellets to meet standard humidity requirements.
6) After drying, the cat litter pellets will be transported to the cooling machine for cooling treatment. The cooling machine rapidly cools down the hot cat litter particles by means of forced convection to prevent the particles from clumping during the packaging process and to ensure the quality and appearance of the cat litter.
7) Finally, after the above process steps, the cat litter particles will be transported to the packaging machine for packaging. The packaging machine adopts automatic control system, which can realize automatic measuring and sealing functions, improving packaging efficiency and quality.
