Bucket Elevator for Fertilizer

A bucket elevator primarily consists of the following components:

1. Head Section
Includes the drive motor, gearbox, and drive drum/sprocket

Bucket Elevator for Fertilizer

The operating process of a bucket elevator is as follows:

  • Feeding Stage
    Material enters the tail section of the housing through the feed inlet and is continuously loaded into the buckets.
  • Lifting Stage
    Driven by the drive unit, the buckets travel vertically, lifting the material from the bottom to the top.
  • Discharging Stage
    When the buckets reach the head section, the material is discharged under the action of centrifugal force or gravity, either being ejected or sliding naturally into downstream equipment (such as screeners, packaging machines, etc.).
  • Continuous Operation
    Empty buckets return to the bottom via the traction components, entering the next cycle to achieve continuous conveying.
