This year, we successfully concluded a deal with a customer for an organic fertilizer production line.
The palm fiber organic fertilizer production line has a capacity of 3-5 tons per hour and includes the following equipment: forklift feeder, crusher, powder screener, horizontal mixer, new type organic fertilizer granulator, polishing machine, drying machine, cooling machine, granule screener and packing machine.
The customer owns a large land for palm plantation and operates a palm oil manufacturing plant, so he made a raw material requirement for palm fiber organic fertilizer production line made by fermentation using organic matter such as palm fiber.
We recommended the new type organic fertilizer granulator to the customer and provided a detailed palm fiber organic fertilizer production line plan for the customer. After communicating the production time and delivery date, the customer decided to update the production line plan and add new equipment. We answered the customer’s questions about the fermentation process, updated the price list and confirmed the number of containers required. Then, we created a 3D production line diagram of the production line and communicated with the customer about the payment method, always following up closely on all the customer’s needs.
However, the customer adjusted the area of the plant taking into account the size of the plant and the construction cost, and asked for an updated proposal and quotation. Based on the client’s request, our engineers adjusted the original proposal and produced foundation and 3D drawings to ensure that the client’s expectations were met. Eventually, the PI (Purchase and Sale Contract) was updated and a final deal was reached with the client.
The client requires a total venue area of 1000 square feet.
The customer chose a suitable fermenter model 3000 tracked composter and we recommended a churning tooth granulator. In addition, the customer can use local biomass pellets as a heat source and requires a packaging weight of 25 kg per bag of organic fertilizer.
Through in-depth communication and needs analysis with the customer, we were able to provide an palm fiber organic fertilizer production line solution that meets the customer’s requirements and finally concluded the deal with the customer.
