Working principle of double roller granulator:

1) The belt and pulley are driven by the electric motor and transferred to the active shaft through the reducer.
2) Synchronized with the passive shaft through the pair of open gears, and the two roller skins work in opposite directions.
3) The material is added from the feeding hopper, and is extruded and shaped by the rollers, and stripped for granulation.
4) The material passes through a pair of chains and is transferred to the crushing and screening room to screen down and separate the finished pellets.

5) Then the return material is mixed with the new material and granulated again.
6) With the continuous rotation of the motor, the materials are continuously entering before the mass production can be realized.
